I have been a vegetarian for a looooong time, and everytime I see a menu plan I have to pick and choose. Recently, we discovered that my son has allergies to very common ingredients (corn and soy being the most devastating-one or both of them are in EVERY processed food you can think of!) I also have been a blogger, on a more private level for a long time, and can therefore appreciate your need to be "you." I am looking forward to reading this new and improved blog. Also, for some reason, I get major anxiety when I read the "big" money-saving blogs. Can't explain it, but I've pretty much decided I'd rather just figure it out myself. I think it has something to do with the mob mentality of acquiring "stuff" cheaply, whether or not it is needed. Makes me crazy. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this change.
